About the Facilitator:

Kharma Lindsey, M.S. C-IPNB

Kharma Lindsey, M.S. C-IPNB is a mental health professional, psychedelic educator, internationally recognized breathwork creator, energyworker, and founder of Embodied Alchemy Wellness. Her work explores the intersection of psychology, consciousness, bioenergetics, breath, the nervous system, and embodied states of healing.

Kharma holds both a Master of Science  and Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology, and continued into  Interpersonal Neurobiology through the Mindsight Institute. Her additional training includes Somatic Experiencing, psychedelic-assisted therapy, breathwork, sound and vibrational healing, recreational music therapy, mindfulness, and death and end-of-life support.

As the creator of an International Breathwork Foundation (IBF)-recognized breathwork modality,  Kharma has developed a somatic pathway for accessing expanded states of consciousness without the use of psychoactive substances. Her breathwork is utilized as a sober psychedelic modality, exploring the capacity of breath, physiology, attention, sound, and embodied awareness to create profound shifts in perception, emotional experience, consciousness, and self-understanding.

Her professional work bridges clinical mental health and psychedelic education. Kharma has worked with adults navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns and has supported individuals working with ketamine-assisted therapy, including preparation, integration, psychoeducation, and group facilitation. She has also served as an educator for the Oregon Health Authority’s psilocybin services program,  supporting education for practitioners pursuing Oregon psilocybin facilitator licensure.

Through Embodied Alchemy Wellness, Kharma brings these disciplines together with energy work, sound and vibration, ceremony, somatic experience, breathwork, and intentional consciousness practices. Her approach recognizes that transformation can occur not only through cognitive understanding, but through direct experiences within the body, nervous system, energetic field, and relational environment.

Kharma’s work is grounded in safety, inherent worth, inner healing intelligence, sovereignty, autonomy, and stewardship. She is particularly interested in the ways humans can intentionally access altered and expanded states of consciousness-whether through breath, psychedelics, ceremony, or other embodied practices-and translate those experiences into meaningful integration and lasting change.

Her work invites a central question: What becomes possible when we learn to work with the body’s innate intelligence rather than treating the body as separate from the mind?
